Rent Our Photo Studio

The studio is about 600 square feet. It’s large enough to fit a crew cab pickup truck with a good amount of room for lighting.

Before renting the studio, we encourage you to stop by for a tour. Just contact us to arrange a time.

Yes, only availability is limited. Be sure to request weekend studio time as soon as possible.

We do not require a deposit as studio rental fees must be paid in full prior to use. However, studio fees are refundable.

• If you cancel your session more than 2 weeks prior, your fees are fully refunded.
• If you cancel your session less than 2 weeks prior, we deduct a $100 cancellation fee from your refund.

Finally, if we've never worked with you before, we may request a fully refundable security deposit in addition to our studio rental fee.

Yes. All day rentals may be discounted more than 50%. Multi-day rentals can be discounted even more, depending on which day(s) of the week are requested.

No - you are welcome to use our studio for any purpose. However, the cabinets along the west and south walls of the studio are garage themed and cannot be removed.

Yes - as part of your rental you have access to almost all of our equipment. However, if you require a specific type of light or diffuser, you may need to bring it with you. Please let us know when you request your studio access date.

Yes, only we may not have exactly what you're looking for. Please let us know precisely what you need when requesting your rental date and we will try to accommodate your request.

Yes, only cancelling or re-scheduling your session with less than two weeks' notice will result in a $100 fee.

Yes - we can accommodate vehicle-sized props (or smaller), and any equipment or backgrounds you would like to use should be just fine. However, please note that the cabinets along the west and south walls can not be moved.

Our studio has a large, floor to ceiling garage door that can let in a substantial amount of sunlight. However, natural lighting is limited to whatever we get through the garage door opening.

Generally speaking, this should not be a problem, only additional fees will be incurred. If we have another session scheduled or a hard stop, we will let you know that ahead of time.

Yes - if you've already scheduled a booking, please call and speak to our sales team.

We have a parking lot in front of our office space, and another smaller parking area behind the studio. Parking is usually not a problem.

Yes - access to our conference area is included.

You may bring food into the conference area, but please refrain from bringing it into the studio. We have a small fridge to keep your perishables cold, just be sure to take what you bring with you when you're all done.
