scripting, editing, and voice acting. We also upload your video to five
video sharing sites (YouTube, Yahoo video, Veoh, MetaCafe, and Dailymotion) and create a profile for your business on each site. Finally, we conduct basic keyword research and name each video using popular keywords as part of our minimum package.
Other services, such as extended animation, professional photography and/or stock photography, and monthly reporting are available at extra cost.

How long does production take?
When you purchase a Running Stills video, we will contact you to review your marketing goals and learn more about your business. Based on your goals, we can suggest a series of key points that should be covered in your video. Next, we'll write a script for your video, review it with you carefully, and create a mock-up using photos you've provided and our script. Once you're satisfied with the mock-up, we will produce the final video. Depending on our workload and how quickly you can get your materials to us, your video(s) will be completed in 2 to 4 weeks.

How long will my video be?
We've found the ideal video time length to be 30 to 60 seconds. Longer videos tend to be less engaging and difficult to download on a slow internet connection. Shorter videos don't quite pack in enough information.

Can you put my phone number or web address in my video?
Yes. We can place any text you would like anywhere in your video as part of our standard service. Our suggested best practice is to place your company name, web address and/or phone number at both the beginning and end of the video. We also suggest that the voice-over script include at least one mention of your company web address or phone number.

I don't have any digital photos, can I still purchase a Running Stills video?
Absolutely. With a national network of freelance photographers ready to take photos of your business, we can take care of your digital photos for you. Not only is this service inexpensive, but we recommend it to all of our clients. Professional photography makes your product or service look its best, and all the photos we take can be used for other marketing purposes. You can use the professional photos on your website, your company brochure, and any other marketing materials that you have.

When I purchase a video, how will it be delivered to me?
Once each Running Stills video is completed, we will provide you with two downloadable versions of your video. One video will be in an AVI format, which makes it perfect for future editing. One will be in a compact MPEG4 format, which is perfect for use on your website.
For a nominal fee, we can provide you with a physical copy of these files in the form of a CD-ROM.

How will I know if people found my site because of my video?
A variety of web site analytics packages are capable of determining how people found your web site by tracking referrer statistics. If your web site does not have analytics in place, Google analytics is a free service we recommend that can be installed on your website for a fee.

No. We upload your video to free video hosting websites (like YouTube and Yahoo Video) so there are no hosting costs. If you'd like to self-host your video on your website, we can help you (but this practice isn't recommended).
